For those of you with kids, Poinsettia Elementary is rated a 9 out 10 on GreatSchools.org and is just a "stone’s throw" away from 43 Madera Ave. No kids?  No problem: 43 Madera sits quietly in a corner lot with only one neighbor.  Translation:  it could be one hell of a place to entertain. I mean, look at that open kitchen; isn't it just perfect? Oh, and by the way:  leave the hammer at Home Depot, you won't need it here because it's all been done for you! 3 rooms and 2 restrooms is perfect for the small-to-mid-sized family and the yard is perfect for the dog also. Trust me, he'll love it! The fresh coat of paint inside and outside definitely brought sexy back!  As for the restrooms:  just as impressive as the kitchen.  When your friend tells you they have a pool, hit them with this:  “A pool may be cool but the beach is only 10 minutes away.” Besides, life's good at the beach.
