Jessica has been a vital part of The Boutique Real Estate Group for 8 years. She is organized and her attention to detail is one of her outstanding skills. Her coworkers and clients say “follow up” is her middle name. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton, Magnum Cum Laude, where she thrived in a sorority and reaching out to the community, including the tutoring of Special Education students. Once she graduated, her part-time volunteer teaching and her nanny job led her to a connection to a real estate position. In her extra time, she is a wife, daughter, and a Jesus lover. Her husband played professional football in the NFL for a few years after completing college before they settled down in the Inland Empire near her family. They love traveling to new and exotic places. They also enjoy playing golf, pickle ball, and camping and hiking. When they are home, they like working out on their matching Peloton bikes and going for walks. Jessica loves a night in with pizza, board games, and watching her favorite show, Survivor. The Marquardt’s also enjoy hosting extravagant parties for all their friends, complete with a photo booth, Chick-fil-a truck, and DJ.

Jessica manages the on-going administrative transactions for the Boutique, and she also facilitates her own clients and listings. She has a unique and creative eye for decorating and will help you stage your home for a quick sale. Jessica will always go above and beyond for her clients, and she truly offers the full package when listing your home or looking for a new home. Jessica is a strong communicator with her clients, and she realizes that communication is key in the real estate industry to be successful in selling and buying homes. You can see her going the extra mile, including cleaning and painting, packing moving boxes, and drawing home portraits. One of her favorite things about her job is delivering house keys and house warming presents to the new buyers.

Jessica is outgoing, fun, and makes everything an exciting adventure. She genuinely loves house hunting, and will not stop until her clients are happy and have found "the one". Her bubbly personality makes clients feel comfortable and easily able to talk about all their questions and concerns. Selling or buying a home is a life-changing event that should result in a joyful and positive experience.
